TERMS & CONDITIONS

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to all customers who access or use EverGlow Wagga’s automatic spray tanning booth, red‑light therapy, WellFit sessions, memberships, and related services. By entering the facility, creating an account, or using any service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Eligibility & Registration

  • You must be 16 years or older to use our services.

  • Customers aged 16–17 require written parental or guardian consent.

  • All customers must register an account before accessing the facility.

  • You must provide accurate and up‑to‑date personal information.

  • You are responsible for keeping your login details secure.

  1. Self‑Operated Facility

  • EverGlow Wagga is a fully self‑serve studio.

  • You must follow all voice instructions provided by the booth and all written instructions displayed in the room.

  • Only one person is permitted inside the tanning room at a time.

  • Tailgating or allowing unauthorised access is strictly prohibited.

  • Misuse of equipment or damage to property may result in penalty fees.

  1. Protective Items

  • Sticky feet are provided for hygiene and safety.

  • Hair nets and disposable g‑strings are optional.

  • No additional protective items are available.

  • You accept responsibility for choosing whether to use optional items.

  1. Health & Safety Requirements

By using our services, you confirm that:

  • You are in suitable health to receive a spray tan or red‑light therapy session.

  • You do not have contagious skin conditions, open wounds, or infections.

  • You have disclosed any relevant medical conditions or allergies.

  • You understand that spray tanning does not provide UV protection.

  • You will seek medical advice if pregnant, asthmatic, immunocompromised, or sensitive to cosmetic products.

If you have previously reacted to tanning products or DHA, you should not use the booth.

  1. Sun Protection Disclaimer

EverGlow Wagga spray tans do not protect against UV exposure.
You must use sunscreen when outdoors.

  1. Treatment Results & Aftercare

  • Minor variations in tan results may occur due to body shape, positioning, or preparation.

  • Touch‑up spray is available in the room if needed.

  • For best results, avoid showering, sweating, or swimming for 1–3 hours (or 6–8 hours, depending on your tan type).

  • Do not book more than one session within 12 hours.

  1. DHA & Product Safety

  • Our tanning solution contains FDA‑approved DHA for external use.

  • Bronzer may temporarily stain clothing or undergarments.

  • Wear loose, dark clothing after your session.

  1. Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through Ezidebit, an external payment agency.

  • By using our services, you agree to Ezidebit’s terms and conditions.

  • All sales are final.

  • Refunds are only issued for machine malfunctions and only for the unused portion of the service.

  • Discounts must be applied at the time of booking.

  • Failed or returned payments may result in suspension of access.

  1. Facility Access & Rules

  • Only registered customers may enter the facility.

  • Sharing access codes or tampering with security systems is prohibited.

  • Please leave the booth clean and dispose of protective items in the provided bins.

  • EverGlow Wagga may revoke access for unsafe or inappropriate behaviour.

  • Unauthorised guests are not permitted. Penalty fees may apply.

10. Service Interruptions

  • EverGlow Wagga may temporarily close or suspend services for maintenance or unforeseen circumstances.

  • Customers will be notified of closures.

  • No compensation or reimbursement is provided for closures.

11. Privacy

  • Personal information is used only for managing bookings, payments, and communication.

  • EverGlow Wagga complies with applicable privacy and data protection laws.

  • CCTV operates in public areas for safety. No recording occurs inside treatment rooms.

12. Amendments

EverGlow Wagga may update these Terms at any time.
Continued use of the facility indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.

Waiver & Release of Liability

By entering EverGlow Wagga or using our automatic spray tanning booth or WellFit session, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms. Please read carefully before proceeding.

  • You should not book more than one session within 12 hours.

  1. DHA & Product Safety

  • You accept responsibility for wearing suitable clothing after your session.

  1. Payments

  • All payments are processed securely through Ezidebit, an external payment agency.

  • By using our services, you agree to Ezidebit’s terms and conditions.

  • All sales are final.

  • Refunds are only issued for machine malfunctions and only for unused portions.

  1. Facility Access & Closures

  • Only registered customers may enter the facility.

  • If the facility is temporarily closed, customers will be notified.

  • No compensation or reimbursement is provided for closures.

  1. Assumption of Risk

You understand and accept that:

  • Spray tanning and WellFit sessions carry inherent risks.

  • You may experience temporary irritation, allergic reactions, uneven results, or sensitivity.

  • You are responsible for assessing your own health suitability.

  • You use the facility at your own risk.

10. Release of Liability

You hereby release and discharge EverGlow Wagga, its owners, and affiliates from:

  • all liability for injuries, reactions, or adverse effects

  • all claims related to misuse, failure to follow instructions, or personal health conditions

  • any loss or damage to personal belongings

You agree to indemnify EverGlow Wagga against any claims arising from your actions or breach of these terms.

11. Behaviour & Conduct

EverGlow Wagga may refuse or cancel access for:

  • unsafe behaviour

  • misuse of equipment

  • unauthorised access

  • destructive or inappropriate conduct

No reimbursement is provided in these circumstances.

12. Final Agreement

By entering the facility or using any EverGlow Wagga service, you confirm that:

  • you have read and understood this Waiver & Release

  • you accept all associated risks

  • you agree to all terms listed above

  • all services are non‑transferable and all sales are final.
